Submissions
Mountaindale Press is currently open to submissions from authors whose work aligns with our publishing goals and genre focus.
That said, while direct submissions are welcome, we strongly recommend seeking a recommendation from one of our current Mountaindale authors before submitting. Our press is built on long-term collaboration, shared values, and a close-knit creative community, so a recommendation from an author already publishing with us can help ensure that a potential partnership is a strong fit on both sides.
Our goal is not simply to publish books, but to build lasting author careers and bring readers series they can follow for years. Because of that, we look for writers who are serious about their craft, committed to their series, and interested in being part of a professional, collaborative team.

To ensure that your series aligns with our publishing requirements and stands the best chance of being considered, here’s what you need to know:
Submission Requirements
Please note, these ARE requirements. Without these, any submission will be an automatic rejection.
Genre: Your book must fall within the LitRPG, Gamelit, or Cultivation genres. We look for stories that skillfully blend game mechanics, progression, cultivation, or similar genre elements with compelling characters and strong narrative momentum.
Rights: To publish with Mountaindale Press, we will need the necessary rights to publish the work, including ebook, print, and audio rights. This allows us to effectively market, produce, and distribute your series across multiple platforms.
